We offer lessons in piano, guitar, drums and many others.
Our goal is to make learning music fun, and to help the student explore, and understand the foundations of music.
Community
We offer performance opportunities, for each school we teach at, so that the kids can get together with other musicians and form a wider range of skills and friendships.
There is a study conducted by Gottfried Schlaug at Harvard University.
This study observed musicians and non-musicians brains with fMRI (Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging).
What they found was that the front portion of the corpus callosum, which is the mass of fibres connecting the cerebral hemispheres, (the left and right brain) is much more pronounced in musicians than non-musicians.
Some of the benefits are improved learning in areas of language, mathematics and listening.
